Order Entry System Maintenance Scheduled for April 11-13


The Sunrise Medical order entry system will be undergoing maintenance Friday, April 11th through Sunday, April 13th. During this time, the order entry system will not be available to view or place orders starting at 5:00pm PST on Thursday, April 10th or during the weekend. The order entry system will be ready for business at 5:00am PST on Monday, April 14th.

Our Customer Service Team will be available Friday, April 11th to manually take your quotes and orders. We will process them on Monday, April 14th. We will also be available to assist you in answering product questions and documenting any requests. However, we will not be able to access order entry, order status or returns until the maintenance is complete.

In order to avoid order processing delays, please plan to submit your quotes and orders or make any modifications to quotes and orders prior to April 10th at 5:00pm PST or after April 14th at 5:00am PST.

This is a periodic system maintenance update that will not impact the order entry look and feel or functionality. You will not notice any difference to our order entry experience after this scheduled maintenance is complete.
