Where can I find the serial number on my wheelchair?
Your serial number is usually found on the frame underneath the seat (or on the cross brace of a folding wheelchair). It will be a white sticker with a barcode and a series of numbers.

Unfortunately we don't. However, nail varnish is an extremely inexpensive and easy way of fixing any small scratches or blemishes to your wheelchair's frame.

What is the difference between the Quickie 2 and the Quickie 2 Lite?
The Quickie 2 is only available in a swing-away frame style, the axle plates mount horizontally, and it has a depth-adjustable rear side frame. While the Q2 Lite is available in both swing-away and fixed front frame styles, the axle plates mount vertically and it is designed with a shorter frame height. These design differences mean a lighter frame.

No, the QX side frame has the mounting holes drilled into the frame for the fixed axle plate.
